If you keep getting the error message that your security settings will not let you download. Od's are it's not your security level but rather the restricted sites list. Here is what you do to correct it.
XP-SP 2 seems to be the only one with this problem.
The quick explanation is it happens when XP installs the SP2 patch. With “Internet Explorer” open go to the “tools” drag-down and choose “internet options”. When the setting panel pops up you want tab2 "security" look for the do not enter icon, marked “Restricted Sites” click on it and the button "sites" will highlight below it. Search the list for “Freewebs.com”, select it and choose remove. The files will download after no problem.
Microsoft has been unable to provide an explanation as to why it shows up on the list.
