05/02/09 - Well! My play "Scenes" has turned into "View from a Dream" and (gasp!) has been finished! Moreover, there's a new poem added to Peoms, and a couple of new projects planned! All in all, a good update following a period of inactivity!

24/12/08 - Gigantic news. The first draft of DreamSear has been completed! I don't care how cheap this huge font looks, I want to shout about it!
There is still obviously a lot to do regarding DreamSear, including deciding whether I want to keep that name as the title or not. But, the first draft has been completed. This doesn't mean its finished, but it does mean you can read the full story in one sitting as it currently is if you want (which you do, because its Christmas, and everyone's happy and wants to spread some Christmas cheer). But yes, here it is - the first version. I'm very happy. Very happy indeed.

* Untitled [screenplay - FINISHED]
This was my coursework for my A-Level Film Studies course, it got full marks (yay!) and it was my first experiment with screenwriting
* The Thirteen Burning Serpent Blades of the Ghost Ninja Warrior Assasins Revenge [screenplay - FINISHED]
The concept of this film was found on SomethingAwful.com in their section 'Awful Movie DataBase' (AMDB). The AMDB basically consists of the owners of the website creating an IMDB-mockup for outrageous and/or parodic films (including Plot Synopsis, Goofs, Trivia and more) that would never be made - that is, until I decided to write up an entire 52-page script for my favourite. Most is my own material, though of course I am indebted to SA for giving me the bare bones and inspiration. The script was written in two parts; it originally stood at 27 pages. The rest was added in conjunction with a flat-mate of mine at university, who wishes to maintain the aura of mystery surrounding his person, and shall be known only as "El Sombre"
* Shadows Amongst the Snow [short story - FINISHED]
My first real attempt at writing a short story, and although I didn't manage my original target (<500 words) it still is short and works, quite well I believe, as a short story! :)

* Document7 [poetry - FINISHED]
My first collection of poems, now printed and bound on nice paper, and thus no more will be added to it! With lots of poems, spanning 36 pages, this is one of my proudest literary accomplishments to date :) Completed: 06/06/08
* View from a Dream [play - FINISHED]
This started off as just a few snippets of different scenes, but from that, a play was born. Lots of monologues here, mind! Completed: 05/02/09

* Dream Sear [novel - in progress]
This is intended as a psychological-horror-action-thriller of sorts. The name came when I mistakenly read the name of the font used for the chapter titles as 'sear' rather than 'scar'; but, the title isn't definite at the moment, maybe I'll run a competition for it in the future :) Updated: 23/09/08
