Welcome to The Many Faces of Raowen
If you are here then that means you have either found me in a chat room or something about one of my characters has caught your eye. I have a few rules before anyone will be considered for roleplay. If you follow the rules and don't make an ass out of yourself, then we should get along just fine.
1) No ASL or buzzing. These will get you immediately ignored and sent as spam. You are MORE than welcome to IM me at any time you wish if you would like to start a roleplay. But please please PLEASE be able to form a whole sentence. That brings us to rule number two.
2) Grammar and punctuation are a must in roleplay. I understand a few spelling errors here or there (I am often times a creative speller myself) but not being able to spell out the words "you", "are", "too", "why", and so on will also get you ignored. It is not that hard to spell them out, so do it.
3) My post length will vary, depending on my mood or situation. I post as what you could consider "freestyle" roleplay, where I can post anywhere between one-five paragraphs. I prefer para to multi, but semi will be considered if you can keep a storyline going with thought and purpose and are able to express yourself eloquently. I base greatness in roleplay on quality, not quantity! If you post a single line and give me nothing to go on, then there is hardly anything I can do to reply.
4) My rules on sexual roleplay are somewhat flexible, but my biggest rule is this. I will not roleplay anything that is nothing but sex, 24/7. Stuff such as that bores me and gets tedious, VERY fast. I do, however, enjoy it in a roleplay if it is played out IN STORYLINE with the rest of the plot. I never start a roleplay with the intention of sex, but if that is where it leads, then that is where it leads. I enjoy a good romance. Long-term is preferred.
5) If you do not have a storyline in mind, please do NOT PM me directly with a post. I love to talk things out first a bit to make sure I am not just wasting my time. I won't always come up with every storyline, and those that involve the boring settings like taverns will be put to the back. C'mon people, be more creative than "dark tavern"! Unless of course the jumping off point is a tavern. Say, for example our characters meet up in a tavern to discuss a treasure hunt before they set off. That is alright, as long as it is not expected to stay, sitting at a table, the entire roleplay.
6) New characters can be created upon request. I will only create a new character if I like the idea or story behind it and I know that you will be around to roleplay more than once. I put a lot of thought in my characters and I don't want to spend time making one and have you never show up again.
If you have any questions about any of my characters, and are able to follow all the above rules, then by all means, contact me. You may find my contact information in the contact section of the navigation bar. I look forward to getting something started and hopefully keeping roleplay alive!
