The Manx Jazz Club regret to annouce that the Jazz Festival has been cancelled. The Department of Tourism and Leisure have advised the MJC that they are no longer willing to support the event, consequently, without their vital funding the MJC are unable to meet the sole cost of arranging the event.

The Manx Jazz Club would like to thank the DT&L for their help and assistance over the years, and would also like to thank all the hundreds of musicians who helped make the Isle of Man Jazz Festival what it was for 16 years. Most of all we would like to thank all our loyal supporters, wihout whom there would not have been any jazz festivals.

The Manx Jazz Club will continue for now, but with fewer concerts.
