Now, why would I want to move to B C? do you think I have web feet or what!! No, thank you the ground is much safer on this side of the Rockies, and besides it only the poor people from Saskatchewan, who want to move to side of the world. Did, I say poor people!! now that is an oximoron if ever there was, we are absolutely booming here. Next, couple of years and we'll take off were Alberta finished and we too will be filthy rich. Besides, Carol we have no snow!! bonus!! in fact our government is having Forida weather piped up here for us!! and if you believe that, I hyave bridge here you can buy!! Some one found two news words for B C, but I'll not go there, instead to all have yourselves a real nice day, for we are here! Shoh Slyant!!

Hi everyone! I'm still around .. just being quiet! Spending too much time on my Facebook and Twitter!! As well as just being busy lately .. I've finished Christmas shopping and have wrapped the gifts, so now I can pretty much relax until the big day and just enjoy the season without being too stressed out. I hope all of you are well.
Ed & I spent quite a lot of hours painting at my mother-in-laws' house recently too. Still more to do, but we're waiting until January .. too many social obligations between now and Christmas.
Its been very rainy here in Vancouver for over a week .. but there's one good thing about that .. it means they are having record amounts of snowfall on Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains, which means a good base for the 2010 winter olympics that begin on my birthday, Feb 12th, 2010. I'll be so proud to show off our beautiful city and province to the world for 2 weeks! But .. we'll be steering clear of all olympic activities! It'll be crazy in Vanc, and tickets to events are too expensive anyway. Will be quite happy to stay at home and watch on TV.
As you know, Pete, Ed & I are big fans of Pink Floyd, and I SO agree about that song, Comfortably Numb! Definitely near the top of the list! Take care, everyone! Talk to you all soon!

Definitely not forgotten Peter.In my case just a few minor problems(probably due to age and a misspent youth). Enjoyed the stormy photos, particularly the lifeboat video. My mother always reckoned the trip to Liverpool was boring if the sea was calm,( must be the viking ancestors) I'll politely decline your offer to dicuss musical preferences, my tastes are so square as to be almost cubical, and most groups (and a lot of solo singers) do nothing for me, but to paraphrase a certain American politition, I may not like what you listen to, but I will defend to the death your right to do so.
