An autoresponder automatically answers e-mails, and can send out a series of messages at preset time intervals. The messages help you to establish a relationship with buyers, while gently nudging them to purchase your product or service. An autoresponder helps put your website business on autopilot.
Ecommerce
Ecommerce tools allow you to accept credit card payments. They range in price according to what they offer. Before you pay, sign up for a free trial. Also, call the technical support and customer service and find out if someone actually picks up the phone.

Be careful. PayPal is known for freezing customer accounts and poor customer service. Before you sign up for PayPal, visit www.paypalsucks.com and www.screwpaypal.com. If you use PayPal, open a separate banking account for this purpose, with the least amount of money required for transactions.
