News- Traded for Vintage Pens. Commentary Included!

I've been involved in the novelty of trading before- in a forum. But, I find that trade bargining in a chatroom is much more "intense." In this way it can be funner and more exciting but it also increases your chances of getting stuck with something you didn't auctally want. Instant communication makes trading of greatest ease- you simply type what you want and, nearley, instantaniously it can be seen- once again, this makes it eaiser to get "burned". My latest trading extraviganza involved my Green Marbeled M200 and two vintage pens. The first of which is a No-Name BCHR (black chased hard rubber) clipless eye-dropper. The second is a Wearever Zenith fountain pen/pencil "combo."

The top two are the pens I will be receving.

The person I am trading with has agreed to refurbish them both... $30.00 each normally- for free.

Admittely, I am attached to my Pelikan but, I havn't been using it lately. Does this justify my trading it? Probably not! I've gone through "withdrawl" spells before in which I don't use a certain pen but, I usually do eventually. I suppose I should have taken this into account before agreeing to trade it... What do I do now? I'll probably wander around the house in a daze until I receive them. Then I'll ink them and use them. If they out do my Pel then I will sell them. Until then, I can only wonder...

Personal- Poetry Publishing

One of my poems, along with a personal biography, will be featured in the "Who's Who in Poetry" book to be published by the International Library of Poetry in August 2004. This is a great honor for me. If you are interested in purchasing the above title, please send me an e-mail and I can give you purchasing information.
