June 03, 2002 I changed computers again for the BBS. I just wanted a little more speed for the BBS. It was running a Little sluggish. The Maniac Mansion is now running on:
People should notice a little difference in performance. Also I am thinking of resetting the Trade wars Games? If you would like to be heard, let me know through Email...Other than that I will be resetting on Wednesday (June 5th, 2002), If you have any requests let me know too. and I will set up a game as requested. Another thing, I removed the E-Mail Verification, due to too many problems with it not automatically updating people's security so right now the system is completely open for people to play. So hurry before I activate the auto feedback request for system access. March 08, 2002 Hello again. I am still working on the board, I recently loaded it on a new computer to increase it's speed. I have added a few new games and removed some old ones that I found rather boring (or wouldn't run on the new computer). I will list them on the Games Page. I have also been looking at some bbs's to see what the competition is like, I can't believe some bbs's still charge for there service (well actually I can looking at the price for the software). World Group was a great software for it's time but I know so many bbs's that are easier to operate and FREE! Why would someone want to pay for that service I wonder. By the way, If for some reason you can't connect to the BBS, please leave me email here so I can restart the connection. Thanks! January 23, 2002 I have been working a lot on the board again, I moved it to another computer so there really shouldn't be much more slow time. I am going to upgrade that computer as soon as I get the chance...been so busy working on the board haven't had the time...I also put new fans in both computers to make sure they don't over heat, besides the fact that I don't need to run the heater to keep my room warm, the computers do the job for me...I am almost ready to start advertising in the news groups, but I am trying to make sure everything works good before I start advertising, still it seems to be working good... It has been awhile since I have changed my web site, but I figured I better do it before it gets to old and stale (to late ..hehehe). I have been real busy lately working on the bbs and playing all my favorite games which, there are quite a few now. I will put links and other information on the game Page (when I put it up). I am adding some content to the web site and removing some old links that where dead. The Web just keeps growing every day. I have the BBS up on the Internet through Telnet only, there are many telnet programs if you need one you can get it here. I also will be moving the ICQ Chat to a separate page to make my introduction page a little easier.
