My name is Amanda (Mandy) Price. I have an Associates Degree of Arts of the University of Findlay in Equestrian Studies with and Emphasis in English Riding. I hav been riding for about seven years, at a competative level, and I have been riding since I was 4-5 yrs old. I purchased my first horse when I was in eighth grade. I spent money that was suppose to go towards my future college expenses. Little did I know the purchase of that horse led to my college choice and degree, along with shaping all other aspects of my life!!

Black Lady was my first pony. She was purchased for my and lived with my grandparents. I was living every little girls dream, "of having my own pony". My parents thought (and were probably hoping) that my dream for owning my own horse would diminish as I aged. My wish of owning my own horse came true a few years after my family moved into the country were we were able to have horses at our home.  I purchased Long Tall Kate AKA Katie when she was six years old. She has been such a good horse for me over the years. I have done everything from western pleasure to equitation over fence on her. My family then got our second horse when my parents purchased Zips Fancy Charm AKA Sadie. My sister and I ride and show Sadie in mainly western pleasure and horsemanship. We have also shown her in trail, showmanship, and hunter under saddle. I purchased my second horse and our family's third horse in the fall of last year. Her name is Sheza Wiz AKA Eliza. She is a 2 yr old paint/pinto filly. I am breaking her and plan to show her next summer as a 3 yr old.

I have broke five young horse and I have done training on a few green broke horses and many older horses. I do all the training on our three horse and I am now offering training to outside clients. I also give beginner-intermediate western lessons and beginner to advanced English lessons. I give lessons at my home and I travel to give lessons to cliens at their homes within 25 minutes of my home. I can supply referencs for myself if needed!
