We are musicians with a passion for West African percussion and culture who perform and teach traditional Manding rhythms. We work in partnership with West African musicians, principally Nansady Keita (Guinea)
Manding Kaira aims to enable people to continue to experience the energy of West African Music in its traditional form, by increasing access to top-quality training and performances. Manding Kaira’s profits are donated to our associated projects in Africa, to help sustain the musicians and music culture at source. |
Feeling energized and empowered ~ amazing experience. Getting completely lost in the rhythms ~ tuition was excellent. Good teachers, good company, what more could you ask for? It’s hard to single out any one aspect could sum it up as love and fun! I had a marvellous time, great to attend more events like this.
