Africa Antiqua is an exclusive and specialist excursion company owned and run by Anthropologist Sian Hall and Archaeologist Frans Prins, both of whom have extensive knowledge in the field of African culture and archaeology.
Africa Antiqua runs excursions to the archaeological and cultural treasures of southern Africa and certain select destinations in Europe. Our excursions are designed to cater for specialist interest groups who would like to have a firsthand experience of cultural groups and archaeological landscapes. 
Our destinations include those not usually frequented by commercial tourist ventures, and we aspire to create unique Old World experiences, but while keeping our finger on the pulse of latest academic research and debates.
We offer both custom made and set excursions, and to optimise the potential of many of our adventures, we often work in conjunction with other established tour operators and field specialists.
