Here are some simple but important steps which will safely send your coins to the addressee :
STEP : 1
Please take a thick card and fold it from the middle.
STEP : 2
Please stick all the coins on the inside surface of the folded card. For sticking the coins on the card you may use cellotape, but you should remember that the cellotape should not come directly in contact with the coin. You may wrap the coin in paper / plastic sheet and can put the cellotape over that. You may use readymade coin flaps also.
STEP : 3
Please take a bubbled envelope and put the card along with the coins inside it and seal carefully. You may put extra cellotape over the joints to reduce the chances of unauthorised opening. If bubbled envelope is not available, you may use some thick envelope also.
STEP : 4
Please send the envelope the the addressee through REGISTERED POST only. This is most important. Otherwise the coins may get stolen on the way.
