If you are working out, and you are not losing any weight, all you need to do it use accurate measurements of your body and this calculator to see if you are losing that blubbery fat!

Just enter the appropriate amounts in the two columns at the left, and your result will be at the right.  The Triceps, Pectoral, and other locations should be measured in MILLIMETERS (mm).  You can choose to measure from 3 sites or 7 sites.  If you are unsure of the location of the site specified, click on the picture below.

Just pinch your skin at the specified locations and wiggle it back and forth a couple of times to make sure you are not pinching you muscle as well, and either use the special measuring tool you would use for measuring the thickness of that skin you are holding, or just eyeball it with a ruler.  If you have the proper equipment it will be easier and more accurate, but use what you have when you are in a pinch.
