Hello and welcome to my web site. You can find information on my research projects and other pursuits on this site.

I am a Research Engineer with Acoustic Research Lab in the National University of Singapore. I investigate acoustic communications and build new underwater network systems for autonomous underwater vehicles.

I studied electronics and communication engineering at the University of Mumbai. During my undergrad days, i was also a project student at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research; where my advisor was  Dr. Onkar Dabeer. I developed self-organizing/self-healing wireless sensor network applications while at TIFR.

Have experience and interests in deeply embedded network systems, low-power/mesh networks, sensor network data fusion, acoustic communication and underwater networking. In my sophomore and junior years, I've played around with anti-noise systems, genetic algorithms and evolutionary computing. Am keen on expanding into emergent behavior, bio-inspired distributed/multi-agent systems, self-organizing systems, evolutionary computing and cognitive sciences.
