Here are some Custom TTM cards I have designed.  I am selling the templates for you.  You may print out some of the non-player specific cards using a standard image viewer program, but to edit the cards you must have photoshop on your computer.  To purchase a template, please hit the PayPal button and deposit the correct amount into my account.  In the notes to seller section, indicate which card you would like.  Thanks and let me know if you have success with the cards!
