Deck name: Chrono-Stasis

Deck Color: Blue, White and Black

Deck Profile:

It has three color but this doesn't made it slower. Enlighten Tutor helps draw enchantment card that can make him draw Stasis or Kismet quickly. Dual land such us Tundra doesn't make a problem to produce blue and white mana. City of Brass is also help mana production.

Combo:

Cast Kismet to make all cards " when comes into play tapped". Then cast Chronatog, which has an ability to make you skip turns, then cast Stasis. If all were cast, just skip your turn. Your enemy will play his cards tapped and can't untap because of Stasis.

The deck is quite annoying but it can't stand a chance to an elf deck. The Quirion Ranger will keep you unlock and alive.
