Meditation

Okay so there are many different ways to Meditate but this is how I do it.

1.) I find a soft pillow to sit on.

2.) I burn Lavender incense because it helps calm me down.

3.) I turn out all the lights and just have the candles on my altar burning.

4.) I play soothing music but its down low. I like to listen to Native American music.

5.) Then I close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing.

Anytime anything comes into my mind I force myself to think of a bright white light inside my head that pushes the thoughts away. That helps clear my mind and after awhile my mind becomes quiet. Meditating takes practice. The first time you do it you probably wont be able to do it for very long but after awhile it will become second nature.
