Methods of Payment
Our fees are based on the following criteria:

Per page (academic documents, letters, contracts, manuscripts, resumes)

By the hour (research, transcription, translation)

By the project (spreadsheets)

By templates (fax cover sheets, stationery, invoices, etc.)

By the word (translation)
Agreement
Before any work can begin, all clients must sign an agreement which specifies the estimated base price provided by MFSS mentioned on the work agreement. Fifty-percent of the estimated base price must accompany the agreement. The client also must also agree to additional charges MFSS deems warranted. The agreement will be mailed to the client for signature and must be mailed back in the enclosed envelope. Please keep the second copy for your records. We accept payments through cash, money order or Paypal (preferred). MFSS will also send a detailed invoice of all charges along with the agreement dictating any additional charges or discounts. Before we ask you to sign an agreement, a quote will be emailed to you noting the extra charges and discounts if any are applicable.
Extra Charges
There will be an extra charge added to the base price for the following items. The price will be according to the document or project created. All extra charges will be noted on invoice and work agreement.

Typing bibliographies for academic documents

Rush documents (such as same day or next day)

Extra charge for printing pages of all dicuments

Extra charge for extra copies

Document printed onto a CD-RW

Postage, including stamps and special courier

Proofreading and editing of all documents

Extra charge per page for hand-written pages of academic documents

Extra charge per page if document is to be single-spaced

A surcharge for any check that comes back to the owner

Charge if a letter is to be emailed to a company (such as a resume and cover letter)
Special Discounts
The following discounts are offered by Magic Fingers Secretarial Service which will be noted on invoice and work agreement. These discounts are off the base price.
