11-12-2006 - Been a while. I have now purchased a new camera, a Sony TRV-19, and I'm loving it. Principal Photography for the film is scheduled to begin a week from today, and we're all really looking forward to it. I've been raising some money for the film, but more would still be appreciated. If you are able to donate, please do, and receive a free gift of some sort.

6-17-2006 - OK. It's been a while since I have updated the site. I have added a acople new options to the Donations Page, one for $5 and one for other. Please, donate if you can, even if it is just a dollar. On a different note, the script is almost done. I expect it to be completed by the end of the week, and we should start filming before mid-July.


6-07-2006 - Hey everyone, I really hate to ask for something like this, but we really need donations if we want to get filming this movie in the next couple months. While we can do without them, it will mean delaying the project another 1-3 months, which is something we really don't want to do, as it will mean filming into the school year, so here's the scoop: If people could go to the Donate Now page immediately, and just donate a few dollars, that would really help us a lot. All help is much appreciated, and you will receive a little gift for donations $10 and above.


6-02-2006 - Welcome to summer everyone :) Lots of news. We're pretty much finished with the first draft of the script and it is looking great. I'm delaying production a month or so to storyboard and better choreograph fight scenes as well. And what do you think of the new site design? Better? Worse? It doesn't really matter because the site is going to be dramatically changed in the next couple weeks so check back for that. More good news, I was able to purchase a new Intel iMac for post-production, so almost all donations now are going to props, costumes, RAM, and especially the new camera we are purchasing. We only need another $100 to get this new camera, so please donate, and remember, you will receive your free gift.


5-22-2006 - It looks like I will be purchasing a new computer for post-production of MB3. Currently, all donations we receive will go towards that. Please donate! We desperately need the money if we are to achieve our vision! On a different note, the script is coming together very well, the first draft being close to completed. 5-16-2006 - More good news, we have 'acquired' a concept designer. Jeannie Robbins is helping us design costumes and props for the film, and you will begin to see her designs appear in the photo album.


5-15-2006 - Well, good news. It looks like we will be able to take the lightsaber use to what we originally planned for. Lee Alexander of Wildstorm Films and John Harvey have agreed to help with lightsaber rotoscoping later this year. Check out Lee's site here


5-12-2006 - The site is slowly being updated. A donation form is now available if you would like to donate to the project. A chatroom has also been added, along with the first concept trailer.


4-23-2006 - Well, the trilogy is finally coming to a close. Beginning in 2003, and ending in 2006, or possibly even 2007. It's been two years since the completion of Magic Banana 2: Race to the Banana, and the third and final installment is in pre-production. Check back for updates, as the site takes form.
