We are Magdalo Lodge No. 79 -- a regular lodge chartered by the National Grand Lodge of the Philippines under the auspices of the Supreme Council of the 33d Degree for the Philippines, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite (First in the Far East).  Our stated meetings are on the first Sunday of each month at the Templo ng Kalayaan in Sta. Isabel, Kawit,Cavite.

We  meet at noon.  Preceding our meetings, we gather for lunch and fellowship. 

 

 

 

 

I hope that by visiting our website you will learn not only about our lodge but more importantly about FREEMASONRY, the oldest and most widely known of the world's important fraternal organizations.

And what is Freemasonry?

Freemasonry is a society to join together in happy unity, men of high ideals, regardless of colour, creed or worldly status. It sets high standards of behaviour to be practiced in daily life and so provides an example in the community. It is a non-profit organization which offers aid and companionship to members and the community.

A way of life......Freemasonry is:

       The oldest fraternal society in the world; a system of moral and ethical conduct; loyal to the state, makes charity a duty and based on a firm belief in the Fatherhood of God, the Brotherhood of Men and the Immortality of the Soul.

This website is intended as a medium for exposing the Filipino Family's (of Universal Masonry) sentiments, protecting its interest and stimulating its members by giving them real and fundamental instructions in line with its aims and purposes.

Eventually, the SOLIDARIDAD, official organ of the Supremo Consejo del Grado 33 para Filipinas since 1948 shall be disseminated through this site as well as all notices, instructions of the Gran Logia Nacional de Filipinas.

With this initial publication of the un-official website of the Logia Magdalo Blg. 79 of the G.'.L.'.N.'.F.'. jurisdiction under the auspices of the Supremo Consejo del Grado 33 para Filipinas, we are re-printing previous articles in the Solidaridad.
