I tried to work the special event, but I couldn't hear you. I guess 20 was really long, I could hear stations in the upper midwest and northwest working you just find.

I'd like to join the club if you would send me some information.

Nice tribute to the "father" of FM. Any operation planned for the 76th in 2008 or will we have to wait till 100th ? I'll be 79 then, hope I'm still around ! 73.

Edwin Howard Armstrong's spirit lives on in every radio and TV set, which still today use superheterodyne circuitry or frequency modulation he conceived and developed. More than any other individual, the Major shaped radio technology. Happy anniversary, E.H.A.

Is everything still on schedule for the 12/08 event?
Will it be a broadcast like what was in June 05 or just a contest type event?
