MAFB Spinning Spouses

Are you sitting at home asking yourself if you can even make it through a spin class?  Well, if you can walk through the Fitness Center's doors, then YES, you can make it through a spin class!!  Spin classes allow you to go at your own pace, with a certified spin instructor who encourages you to push a little harder.  Please check our schedule to see current classes.
