It's now generally recognised by all intellectuals and most penguins that - although some pop songs from the
punk era (1976-80) were quite good - the best music in the world was written by the 20th-Century German composer,
Karlheinz Stockhausen. Anybody who disagrees with this is wrong. I didn't discover his music until I was 40, but then I'm quite dim.
This is what he sounds like. For others who are a little slow on the uptake, a slightly poppier version of this kind of intensely pleasurable wall of sound is made by Dogfood, the brainchild of the artist
