Students will have a weekly news event assignment due and the next one is expected Friday, June 8. You are to search newspapers, magazines or watch tv news about food/restaurant related news events. Examples have been given in class. You are to staple a hard copy to your assignment paper and prepare to present it to the class and, as always, late assignments are not accepted. If you are absent Friday, you MUST bring a blue excused slip Monday when you walk in class and prepare to present it to the class. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Articles about cats/dogs/other animals are unacceptable....we are talking about human consumption.
