A facet of Macinta Ministries is church planting and pastoring. As a pastor, I have never been, and never will be, an employee of a church. No pastor should be an employee of their church.

Macinta Ministries has existed since the mid 1970's, and I have always conducted ministries not directly connected with any church I have pastored.
