For those who don't know me, Well i'm Steven and i'm 49 years old, I live in Bolton which is 9 miles north west from the city of Manchester.
I'm a lorry driver by trade, I work at night time for a local Parcel/Express Company (TNT). I travel from Ramsbottom to our Distribution Centre in Warwickshire and back, I"ve always enjoyed my time behind the wheel of any sort of vehicle small or big.
I live in Bolton with my parnter Angela, We have 5 Children between us. I have found love at last, I have rekindled the love with Bobbie and Nicolas mother again, Who say's love never dies.
We have two girls Bobbie (m3dnc) 18 years old, who gave birth to a beautiful son on 17/01/2009, and Nicola (2e0dnb) 19 years old, who gave birth to a beautiful daughter on 14/05/2007. that means im a (grandad) twice. Now between us we have 5 children, 3 boys, Christopher 23, Antony 22, Brandon 20 ( going to be a dad soon ), and two girls Nicola 19, and Bobbie 18,
I have been into radio since the age of 14, when i made my first qso (talk) on (citizen band). I passed my foundation course in 200. In December 2003 i passed the last city and guilds radio
examanation,
My working conditions at home at the moment are yeasu ft 817 and an ft 857, I only work 144 mhz & 430 mhz, As im still sorting my house out, Im waiting to erect an 2 element beam for HF. Where i love playing radio.
I love walking in the countryside or up some hills, With me being into radio since i was 14 years old, i take part in a program called sota (summits on the air) www.sota.co.uk Ive walked up many a hills, And spoken to many stations world wide.
My Hobbies are Watching football, listening to live music (heavy rock), AC/DC, Motorhead and Ozzy. Hill Walking.
