As
of this date, there is a movement by well-intentioned but misguided
supporters to override my work to appeal my case to others in equally-high
power outside the judicial branch because they mistakenly believe that I
have given up all attempts to appeal and am simply awaiting execution of
sentence as a form of “suicide” or “sacrifice” for some inexplicable
“cause”.
I therefore
state that I, with complete understanding of my actions and with full and
clear plan of strategy for fighting for my life and freedom on my own
terms, refuse ANY attempt to deny me my right to choose my own
course of appeal. I refuse ANY actions by attorneys, or groups of
attorneys, either hired by others or on their own initiative, to file
documents on my behalf as a “last ditch” effort to stay execution of
sentence, and with the pretense that they represent me in my best
interests and without my knowledge or consent.
