YOKI’s pendulum rotates…
Statement: This pendulum cannot be set in motion without the support of energy. - A typical example of psychokinesis?
Interpretation by the designer of YOKI
Question: If we accept that the pendulum is animated by a kinetic energy comparable to that which activates the rotor of an electric motor, which energy would it be?
Answer: A kind of magnetic energy.
Q: Can we directly observe the terrestrial magnetism?
A: No, the indication of the existence of this field requires a compass.
Q: Do you want to say that the YOKI reveals the existence of an invisible magnetic field concerning the Human body as the compass testifies that of earth?
A: More exactly, YOKI reveals a property of our inner energy.
Q: Do we not have too much tendency to favor the concepts of the contemporary scientists and neglect the wise traditional ones?
A: If the scientists conceptualize phenomena and take part in the development of knowledge, the wise ones meditate and work in knowledge, the Wellbeing and peace. In fact, we could benefit from genuine progress to the service of life if the scientists and the wise men were sharing their knowledge.
Q: What says the Eastern traditions about the inner energy of the Human Being?
A: This energy is appreciated since millenniums in the practice of martial arts and for healing treatments by the laying of hands; it is named Ki (Japan and Tibet), Chi or Qi (China), Prana (India), Mana (Polynesia), Merkabah (New Age), Etheric Energy, Atman or Atma in Sanskrit, Jiva (Jiwa) and Kundalini in Hinduism, Astral Body, Ruach in Hebrew, Ruh in the Koran, Ka and Ba (non-physical elements) in ancient Egypt, Pneuma by the Gnostics, Psyche in ancient Greek, Dharma (as the force which sustains the universe), Christic or Buddhic Light, etc... according to the traditions.
This energy or Essence of life called spiritual reality by these traditions does not resemble any other energy.
Q: What does contemporary science reveal about the phenomenon of the observation?
A: Any observation implies an interaction between the observer and what is observed.
The tools for observing are those of the observer: his brain, his senses, and the technical or scientific instruments intended to reveal or to measure the phenomenon observed.
Q: What reveals the experiments of the YOKI?
A: We note that approximately 35% of the adults resist to slacken their mental activities. If they cannot control the usual attack of their thoughts and emotions, they will have to learn how to reach this state of calm or inner peace called the « letting go ».
Notice: YOKI’s pendulum rotates if we are in a state of letting go.
More than one thousand people brought the proof (1) that more the quality of their letting go was good and quicker the pendulum rotates. That elucidates why the pendulum rotates quickly with those which practice meditation, the spiritual healers, the psychotherapists and the children.
Conclusion: We have at our disposal an incomparable instrument to appreciate our inner energy, to recognize the factors (2) which harmonize this energy with those that deteriorate it, to rediscover an inner peace and to open up to spiritual vision (3). Do you agree? (4).

(3) YOKI - What for?
YOKI is protected by copyright laws. However, the Author encourages the propagation of his files, if the entirety of the texts is respected without additions or omissions, and if the Author and his site: http://www.freewebs.com/lunet are named.
In front of the mirror, everyone can identify the reflection. Sad, merry, radiant, disillusioned, confused... each expression manifests its inner life.
If sadness marks our face and we artificially try to correct it, nothing happens. This sadness is known only by the presence of an observer which does not judge, but recognizes simply the fact.
Here, we tackle a question of identification.
Who is thus invisible observer which reveals our weaknesses and more precisely what we would wish to hide?
The mirror being insufficient to identify the observer, therefore we must devote to a deeper and more subtle inner experience.
In the experiment of meditation, the person slackens its mental activities until the brain reflects this observer and to some extent its light. This type of experiment corresponds to what is commonly called the Zen meditation.
So that a person becomes informed and satisfied with the benevolence of the observer, the person must have a means to check the exactitude of the fact. YOKI is a simple and effective tool allowing a deep relation with the observer. YOKI provides the information which confirms the quality of the experiment.
Let us note that the regular practice of meditation leads the adept to experiment that the observer is an immaterial or spiritual Being commonly identified (the Conscious Self) Soul or Conscience.
Conclusion: To seek its Being corresponds to admit sincerely that it is the research which one practices less, however isn't one possibility of finding the light that allows us to enlighten its life?
- Are Human Beings more serene than tormented? - Current crises and large global change accentuate confusion self-sustaining by human ignorance.
So that our Conscience regains its rights and plays its part, we should in priority let it operate its vigilance on what our mental or mind decides to achieve.
This can be learned in a rational way while initiating to the letting go of Samadhi or Satori (passive meditation intended for spiritual awakening); the simplest means consists to lay on the back in a quiet place and sufficiently somber. Do the experiment to check about the letting go, the mental silence and self-knowledge.
Ideal posture to experiment the Samadhi.

To undertake your inner journey, close the eyes, outstretch the arms, the palms of the hands opened outwards. The posture realized (comfortable and without constraints), undertake the following objective, which consists to learn how to release the mental from its chatting activities; at the beginning this one can react by proposing doubt, fear and resistance.
To release it from its chatting activities, center your attention (focus) in your mental world, look for a small light like a star in the night. Gradually the thoughts fade, the mental tensions free themselves; you will see that they will reduce in quantity and intensity. Then waves of light will appear which will brush away bit by bit the darkness of your mental world. Have confidence, don’t resist, like ice-cream in the sun, the thoughts melt when the light appears.
Necessary for the spiritual activities and to creativity, the letting go frees our mental world from discomforts, generates a better way of life and an inner comfort objectively lived; that’s what brings the use of YOKI.

Biofeedback, understood as:
bio-retroaction, biological retro-control, or even psycho-physiological
auto-observation. Feedback is the return of an action. Let us wish that
the following explanations would be able to satisfy those that have an
imprecise knowledge of themselves.
Biofeedback
was promoted in the United States in 1969; this behavioral and cognitive science
summarizes several decades of researches on the aptitude of Yogi Masters to
modify their organic activities (heart and brain included), that we have
believed impossible before the scientific experiments prove the contrary.
With the
help of instruments (electronic, computing and others similar to the YOKI), this
science studies the interactions between the mental activity and the
physiological functions. That is to say that they assess the way in which
thoughts and emotions affect the biological body and how awareness can
influence attitudes and behaviors.
Concerning
the applications, the Biofeedback tools measure and inform the person on her
organic activities, thus informed, the person can consciously take control of
it and gradually correct the dysfunction. In order to treat a collection of organic
disorders, the various healing or curative and relaxing techniques of Yoga,
Meditation, Reiki, Sophrology, Music-therapy, etc... are applied.
In the
USA, the Biofeedback is recognized as one of the better alternatives to
medication, to prevent stress invasion, or to free the pain linked to it. With a better self-knowledge, the person who
practices this science reduces considerably its spending on healthcare.
The
framework of the Biofeedback is summarized as follow:
To be
conscious of its state of Being signifies possibilities of:
Examples:
Let’s
note: To be conscious or
« consciousness » is the factor which determines the qualitative step.
Nowadays,
the Biofeedback is no longer the privilege of alternative medicine
practitioners and psychologists. In fact, a large number of health
professionals, such as physiotherapists and specialists who help individuals in
sports, as well as social science such as careers advisors, have generously
integrated this new science into their activities.
The
applications can be classed in categories bringing together problems associated
with:
Summary:
Biofeedback
is precisely a form of psycho-physiological auto-observation which has the
advantage of giving responsibility of his state of Being to the person, in
order that this person adopts the attitudes and behaviors which are
particularly beneficial.
Who
uses those instruments?
People of
all ages and traditions, generally in a quest of knowledge, spirituality and Wellbeing.
The people note that adapting to relaxation techniques studied during training
is very fast.
Health
professionals and specialists that help patients to solve complex situations
and valorize their techniques by objective demonstrations.
The human brain wave patterns charted by electroencephalograph (E.E.G.) are measured at cycles per second (Hz); in fact the brain waves characterize different aspects of our mental activities.
Patterns are categorized as follow:
Beta (14-30 Hz)

Higher wave and rapid level (30 Hz) associated with stress, anxiety, unease, fear, tension and confusion.
Lower level (14 Hz) alertness, easing the daily activities and learning process. Beginning of mental discipline.
Alpha (8-13.9 Hz)

Higher level (13.9 Hz) associated with relaxation.
Lower level (8 Hz) beginning of meditative or spiritual practice (entering a state of mental or mind control).
Theta (4-7.9 Hz)

Associated with spiritual healing experiences, and deep meditation.
Great potential for change in behavior and creativity.
Delta (.1-3.9 Hz)

High amplitudes and very slow waves.
Associated with the highest level of meditation, out-of-body experience (OBE) or loss of physical body awareness.
State of dreamless sleep.
The mental or mind is a world in which the duality and ego agitations are formed.
The following exercise allows to subjugate its agitations.
To transcend the mental, focus your attention on a single point without having thoughts for 3 minutes, this allows to cool it down, but also to better know yourself.
YOKI was not conceived by chance, this instrument is the fruit of meditations, many experiments and long research on more or less worrying reports. Indeed, all the experiments of the YOKI prove that our mental attitudes, thoughts and emotions known as negative generate physiological dysfunctions, and that an ill-at-ease feeling invites to think its life differently.
What is seen and felt at the same time cannot be ignored.
If you are careful with your choices, you link Having and Wellbeing. You can still do better for yourself with YOKI, the springboard to your personal fulfillment.
YOKI is mainly a device of observation of our inner state and of optimization of our serenity. Its use familiarizes us with the auto-observation of the Biofeedback and the letting go of meditation. Thanks to the vigilance of our Conscience and to its attention paid to this activity, the mental objections and tensions disappear bit by bit. Thus, the device facilitates the relaxation that we relate normally to a state of inner peace and awakening, in fact our true nature.
When we reach this graceful state, the YOKI’s pendulum rotates; according to the regularity of its rotation, you visualize your liberation. With a calm, stable, receptive mind, you feel cool, whilst preserving this beneficial state.
Many talk about Being Zen, but it is necessary to note that it is more of a fashionable expression than a real established fact.
Thanks to YOKI, we rediscover the serenity of our Essence; the laws of existence are better understood, therefore better applied. Our state of Being having become better, our health improves and our realization develops.
Being in peace, relationships with others idealize and we create harmony around us.

Is the meditation a concept such as the conclusion of René Descartes “I think, therefore I am”?
In the case of « letting go », our Conscience is indifferent to this idea. While this is true, isn't the goal to get to the point that we embrace these words and try to become them even at the various levels of consciousness.
Is the meditation a kind of contemplation engaging the mental in the investigation of a certain idea?
In meditation, our Conscience does not engage desires.
Does the meditation request an effort of concentration?
How a mental too often agitated could make an effort while concentrating on itself? To concentrate what? Thoughts, disappointments, emotions? In meditation, our Conscience does not make effort; it simply observes with attention and vigilance the mental and lets its tensions be slackened.
But we can train ourselves to get beyond our human consciousness and into universal truths and answers via meditation and using it as a way to connect with all there is, including but not limited to certain things we concentrate on in our daily lives.
Is the meditation like hypnosis i.e. a suggestion of the mental?
In meditation, our Conscience observes the mental and lets it be calmed.
Do meditation and faith belong only to religions?
Meditation is as faith; it is free of ideas: but when faith is recognized by visible facts, it simply transforms the life of the person.
