Stocks Currency update: 1USD = PHP40.90! Ain't that great?! Maybe in the next two months its gonna be 39.00++. Thats reall good for the ecomomy and good news for me. That means, much cheaper to travel outside of the country! Olala!

Travel Time
Just got back from a week long vacation, DEC 10-16. I finally visited Banaue & Sagada. I always want to spend my birthday (dec. 14) somewhere. It's like an adventure together with ME and only ME. he he he... ANyways, I spent 2 days in Banaue. Went trekking in Batad Village to see the majestic Rice Terraces and also went swimming in Tappiya Falls. Next stop is Sagada MT. Province and spent 3 days there. Most memorable experience was the cave connection. It was a great spelunking! ALso seeing the hanging coffins is a big bonus. I also met a lot of new friends and fellow travellers from around the globe. Be back in SAgada by March and hopefully i'll have enough time to visit other sceneries. If I have estra time, I'll post the photos during my little adventure. Kudos to Miranda, Oscar, Daisy, Faye, Kris and the rest of the family! Thanks!

STOCKS its not exactly about stocks. Ive been into monitoring stocks lately. Specially, how the PH currency is doing. As of today, PHP 42.90 = $1. Not bad! The oil prices still going high because of the unstable situation in the middle east. US financial status is going done. Recently they reach there all time low against the Euro. Same thing with Japan, because of the unstable government. The newly appointed PM is not that blended yet.
SPORTS NBA, the season already started. And my team, the MIAMI HEAT sucked! 0-3! But im still routing for them. As I always say, in winning and loosing im always a heat fan! Wade... common... get healthy and help us win again!

It's Vacation Time Its 12 days or regenerating! Of no calls, no hassles! Its my vacation to Negros.
It didn't go that well anyways, I spent about a week at the hospitalbecausemy brother had dengue. But good thing is his OK now. And we we're able to bond. I didn't get a lot of shots, my times limited. Im glad my dad was there the whole time, cause he cooked all my favorite menu. Go Kansi! Go! Bonding with my Hiskul Barkada we had an overnight binding at home. Eating dinner together, reminisce old times and had a little photo shoot. Lhea, Jay-R, Mary, and Almie came but the other where not present because of some circumstances. Gals and guys, hope we could get together again soon...

BirthDaY Month Let me break this down. during the month of Sept., its always what we call the "LAMON" month (except December, its MEGA LAMON MONTH). My Mom, Dad, Lolo, two of my Cousins, and Bro are celebrating there biDay. Imagine how many litson did I skip? This is bad. Really bad. Not to mention y COusin's Wedding. Im the only one among the whole clan who was not present. Nooooooooooo........... I wish I was there...
I just hope that by next year, I could attend all of the gatherings. I also miss all the fiestas! World... HuHuHu.. I need food! Lots of it!

SONAToday the president had her annual SONA in Batasan. As a citizen of this country I'm quite convince on the president's statement. I'm happy on the progress that had happen in the Philippines. A majority on the promises made last year's SONA was fulfilled. Plans of making the Philippines a third country no more is music to my ears. Plans are good, even better if its back-up by actions which what is happening. A lot of projects are being started and some are even done, these includes bridges, agriculture, power supply, tourism, highways, airports, new investments and other aspects like security, terrorism, and corruption.
I love the statement that Pres. GMA said " I would rather be right than popular. Popularity doesn't count as much as doing the right things and making decision that would benefit the whole country and help the progress toward a better government, a better nation. As what Pres. GMA declared: "The State of the Nation is STRONG!"

I'm busy these days thats why I can't update my site often. But I'm tryng to upload all the latest photos. Sports News: Miami Heat, lost to the Bulls (0-4) in the first round of the 2007 NBA Playoffs. I know its pretty bad. But I still go for the Heat. There's always next season. And I just read yesterday that D-Wade had a successful surgery, that's good news. Someone from Miami, personally informed me that the Heat management is planning to get young players next season. So let's just continue on supporting the Heat and hope for the best!

Running teams are Team unity (administration), Genuine Opposition (opposition), other parties & few Independents. Just vote wisely!

Just arrive from an overnight stay in Antipolo. We went to a pricate resort called Cattaleya. The place has a meduim size pool, a 4-bedroom house, and a jacuzzi. What really great about the place is the relaxing mood-feel of it. We are overlooking Laguna de bay which is perfect for sunsets and night caps of the city lights. I can just set there all day long thingking about nothing and doing just about anything. But its over now.. I had a really good laugh and a pretty long relaxing dip last night. Til next time. I'm spending my weekend here in Laguna. Sports News: Miami Heat, the Heat beat the Cavaliers (94-90) yesterday clinching their way to the NBA playoffs. Rigth now there on the 4th seed topping their division. The miami heat is nearly complete with Dwyane Wade joining them on a minimun of 2 regular season games. Right before the Play-offs. Go Heat!

Crazy! Just this morning around 5:45am I was on my way to work. I passed the 7-eleven (Quezon Ave Branch), whic I usually do. But nothing is usual today, while I was approaching 7-eleven a crazy woman in black dress with her ass exposed is talking to herself while walking back and forth. Suddenly she's looking at my way and all of a sudden "whaaalllaahhh", she's going to the pile of 4x4 wood and getting one. Guess what happened next, she run towards me attempting to heat throw that piece of wood and what did I do? Of course, I ran as fast, as mobile as I could. I'm running together with other 2 guys which obviously run faster that I do. Cause she actually did hit me with the damn fucking wood, i'm still lucky it was only on the back of my shoes. I really dunno why she's running after me, maybe because I'm wearing a red shirt. I really dunno.... Whatever the reason it doesn't matter anyways. In the duration of 2-4 minutes of my encounter, I think I'm on the Olympic Track running my asses off and saving my God damn forsaken life. This day is whack!

I finally bought the 2005-2006 NBA Championship Video. I've been looking for that DVD for 8 months now... Yes! I found one at Radio City and it was the last copy. As of today I already watched it for about 3X. hehehe.. and counting. Sports News: Dwyane Wade, it was reported that he'll be joining the Heat for pratice this monday. Most likely he'll be back playing with the Heat before play-offs.

I watch "The Highlander" and it suck! The movie was boring. Good this "The Longest Yard" is airing on HBO. I have to find some time wtaching 300. Evrybody was like buzzing about this movie. I'll have to see it first before commenting on it. The trailer was intresting though. Sports News: Kobe Bryant, Kobe just made a new NBA record. He was the first guy to have 50 points++ in 5 consecutive games. Pretty sick haa! Congrats Kobe! Much more good luck to the Lakers. On my Miami Heat, there in the 6th seat in the Eastern Conference. Just a win away to number 3/5. Go Heat! D-Wade still on rehabitating mode, same with Kapono. Get well soon guys our teams needs you two...

Many things had been happening back at our class. Mel is not our sensie anymore. We still dont know why. We miss his out of this world energy level. Its an environment where you could have fun and learn at the same time. One more thing, the Aguirre Cuties will have an outing in some private pools in ANtipolo. I have to mention it cause Im very excited. It's been months since I went to beach/pool... here I come! But I have to wait until good Friday... I dont mind

We had a major exam today. The passing rate was 90% and good thing cause I pass. Well anyways, the room is full of energy. Everyone is having a great day. But Mel said we will be split into two groups. It's sad because we already bonded but they're will be a possibilty of us 22 on abay at the same time. Be looking froward for that.

Wu News: Vanness One Night in Genting, The Certifeid VannAddicts are off to Genting, Malaysia for Vanness' One night in Genting this Saturday. Mommy Ammie, Jane, and Marie lead the pack. Jane text me, friday, that they already saw Vanness twice. Right after rehearsal with Mommy Mimi and second going to Club Elite. ANd Jane added that Vanness looks like a 16/18 yar old boy. ehehehhe.. Sports News: NBA All-Star Weekend, The All-Star Weekend is over its time for the recap. 1. Jason Kapono won the 3pt shoutout againts the finalist Gilbert Arenas and Dirk Nowitski. 2. Dwyane Wade defended his title in the Skill Challenge against Kobe Bryant and Lebron James. 3. Gerald Green won the Slam Dunk COntest which I find lousy. Gomen! 2. KObe Bryant tok home the All-Star game MVP award when the west smashed the East, 153-132. I rooted for the East but it's fine the didn't win, we'll just see the West again in Finals. Allthough I love the Dance showdown between Shaq, Dwight Howard and Lebron during the East practice. It was hilarious. Go Shaq!

Lumabay-Labay 50th Grand Reunion, I attended the 4 day celebration of the Lumabay-Labay Club (Fraternity-Sorority Club) in Los Banos, Laguna. Lumabay-Labay is a frathernity-sority club solely in UP Los Banos. It is made up of of Illongo students in UP Los Banos from different parts of the country. It was founded in 1957 starting with 7 members and grown to more than hundreds. Im not a member of the Club but my Uncle, we just tag along with some of my cousins. And we didn't regret that we indeed go. UP Los Banos was a big, greeny, peaceful place. Away from the city with old trees aged more than a 100 years. We did say hi to Maria Makiling ans she is a beautiful site, right above the mountains facing the sky. The reunion was a picture of deep friendship, family that inspite the years has gone by you can still see in their eyes, in their actions that they are still one. "Isa para sa lahat!" As what they always point out. The club ensure that the eat all you and drink all you can is imply. Litsong baboy is everywhere, Litsong baka, sea foods and other menus thats too many to mention. Not to forget the forever present SMB and SML. To close this all, may San Miguel guide us all. Go Labay! Prims!

Sports News: NBA, The Miami Heat played the Charlotte Bobcats. Dwyane Wade (27pts, 12 ast, 3 stls) and Shaquille O'neal (22 pts, 2 blks) lead the Heat in a blow-out win against the Bobcats 113-93. Shaq is back, he's playing like the "old" Shaq and it looks pretty good. Quinn, Heat's point guard, had his very first apperance as a starter. This is due to J-Will on the injury list and gary Payton is on a one game suspension. The Heat is currently on the 8th seed in the Playoff mark down with their record (22-25). Go Heat! Let's go with the .500 mark. Also this week, Dwyane Wade was named Eastern Conference Player of the Week.

National News: Marine Life, more than 100 new marine species where discovered in the last 2 years at the Panglao Island along the Negros and Iloilo Islands. These finds were a result of an expedetion by the Philippine and French Scientist. The results of this joint effort where presented today in the Philippine Biology Museum. This finds were documented and will soon be available to other scientist abroad. It was said that more species are still to be discovered and therefore the Philippine and French Scientist agreed to a 5 year extention of the expedition. Sports News: Football, One police officer was killed after a collision between rival fans on the Series A football game. This death results to a suspension of all Italian football games and also affects on the games around Europe.

Our city of Cadiz is celebrating it's 38th Dinagsa Festival. What else dis I do but to join the whole city in celebrating the festivity. I celebrate with friends: Almie, Jay-R, Mario, Rolan, and some new friends. I had a great time and I think this is my most enjoyable and craziest fiesta ever. I love "bulinganay", chibog-tagay portion, train-train, picture takings, and the evening to dawn street party. I just wish that I could go back home on the next Dinagsa. I'll be back Cadiz! hehehe.. Sports News: Tennis, The Australia Open has ended and the Champions were named. The Men's Division, the number one seed #1 Roger Federer had won it, his first grand slam this year. In this tournament, Federer made a record for not losing in any set through out the competition. The Women's Division, the unseeded Serena Williams won in teh finals defeating #3 seed M. Sharapova. This former #1 is running for a comeback after a mellowing for two year because of injuries and personal problems.

Sports News: NBA, Heat vs Lakers (Score: 118-124), Lakers won in overtime. It's been a long a time since I felt happy, even having this huge smile on my face, after my team's game loss. It's one of those games that I'm nervous to watch but hate not to. So I ended watching them game with all those emotions gripping me. It was a tight game from the start. Both teams were answering shots after shots, complementing each other. It went to overtime and eventually the Lakers win it. The Heat will be heading back to Miami for a series of home games starting with Indiana. Go Heat!

Sports News: On Football, David Beckham will be playing for the LA Galaxy starting August 2007. It was said that he signed a 5 year contract deal worth $250 Million, biggest in all sport history. Beckham transfer from Real Madrid, his 4th season, to LA due to his less playing time. He was more on the bench this past seasons. He said that he's going to LA not for the cash but for the possibility of helping football in the US get to another level and strengthening LA Galaxy. Beckham is very much a super star, he has became a brand since that day he played professional football as a teenager which escalated when he marries former Spice Girl Victoria "Posh" Beckham. He played in Spain, England (Captain 2000-June 2006), and Madrid. The transition has been the talk today, it maybe money matters or career move as what everybody has been speculating. I think its a good move for him. He's not needed in Real Madrid, he was more on the bench than on the field, so better yet find another team where he can use his skills and contribute to a future championship. The $250M deal was just a bonus, he can even earn more on other teams in Europe. Good luck to you man! Play hard! Hollywood is the right place for you...

World News: Pres. Bush announced that US will be sending up to 21,500 additional troops to Iraq. Also said of changing strategies regarding Baghdad. Baghdad will be divided into 9 sections and each sections will be headed by Iraqi Military and supported by US troops. Local News: General Santos has suffered mall bombings. The majority of casualties were children. I thought the bombing were history, but here we go again... A pretty harsh way to start the year.

It's a brand new year! Hooray! A happy, prosperous, colorful and excting year to everyone. I celebrated my New Year's Eve with my relatives at our house. It was a night 'til morning of singing, dancing, stories, eating, drinking, and firecrackers. I was awake from 8am 31-Dec to 4pm the next day. Cause in the morning around 9am the gang (me and my cousins) decided to go to the beach and off we go. New Year's Eve is always a time to look forward to. Specially the big-crunchy-tasty litson, life just aint the same without it.

It's Christmas Day! I had a great Noche Buena with my family and relatives. A feast just the way I like it. Hope everyone had a great time. Sports News: NBA, the Miami Heat crushed the LA Lakers in their annual Christmas game. This year it was the Lakers who visited the Heat. It was a great win 101-87. Dwyane Wade's performance was remarkable both on offense and defense, he scored 40pts-11rebs-5asst-5steals-5blocks. I just have to mention, it was a joy seeing Dwyane and Kobe smiling and talking to each other.

Entertainment News: SuperNova, Let's hear another HELL YEAH! Its been an awesome morning. Right after I woke up I watch Rockstar Supernova's Finale. Its the day SuperNova will be complete. The final four were: Lukas, Dilana, Magni, and Toby. Yesterday was the first day of the two part finale. The final four peformed two songs, one of which are the originals. It was a night of great performance. But the final day had come. The bottom two where Toby and Magni (Magni left first). ANd it was the final three. They perform one last time and SuperNova made the choice. First off the top was Toby (EVS). And there was two: Lukas and Dilana. Eventually it went down to our main man Tommy Lee saying, "Lukas, your the boy!" History was made. HELL YEAH!

Sports News: Tennis, US Open Final Matches. In women singles, Maria Sharapova (3) wins againts Henen (2) winning her first US Open Championship. Scream of joy and a hug from her dad ends it all, not to emntion the trophy's head falling off. In men singles, Roger Federer (1) wins againts H (7) in a four sets (6-4, 5-7, 7-5, 6-1) winning his 4th consecutive US Open Championship. Tiger Woods was there to cheer on Federer. It was a great time seeing Federer and Woods together. I was waiting for MJ to suddenly show up.

It's my father's birthday and yesterday was my Grandafather's. It's a month of eating and getting fat. I wish my self luck. Sports News: On the US Open (tennis), R. Federrer qualifies for the semi-finals beating Blake (7-6, 6-0, 6-7, 6-4). Entertainment News: SuperNova, we are on the last week before Supernova chooses their vocalist. Storm Large bid goodbye as the final rocker to go home before the next weeks finale.

Yesterday was my Mom's and my friend Bacueto's birthday. Sports News: FIBA, the USA team beat Argentina for the bronze medal. Dwyane Wade scored 32 pts, 18 on the 4th quarter. Spain was declared as the 2006 FIBA World Chmapions beating Greece.

Its a day of sadness. Sports News: FIBA, early this afternoon, the USA Team lost to Greece with 5pts lead in the FIBA Semi-finals. Everybody seems to miss everyshot. A very tough match to watch. But there is always a first time. They'll be having there final game on FIBA tomorrow for the bronze medal. This team is young. Just keep on playing hard. Go JAW! On tennis, the US Open has began. Sports News: On FIBA, this week teams are battling for the quarterfinal round. I'm rooting for team USA, so let me update you. There standing in group D in teh frist round was 5 wins to 0 loss, but they had a scare with Italy with only a 9 poitn lead other came double figures. The last game they ahd as yesterday againts Australia with 40+ points lead. They are heading to the quaterfinals against Germany. Go USA team! Go J-A-W! I also made four (4) new Dwyane Wade wallpapers. World News: The cease-fire in the middle east is still on. But I dont think it would last. Multiple collisions between the two parties have been happening. Local News: the largest oil spill in Philippine history has happened. It was devastating, much worst because it happened here in the Visayas. Just an Island away here in Negros. It happened in Guimaras, now multiple beach have been damage not to mention livelihood and health. When I was in college, me and some classmates love to go to Guimaras. To unwind and have fun, spare those beaches I still want to go back.

It's a day of good news! World News: The war in the middle east between Israel and Hezbollah is on cease-fire starting today, 0500 GMT. For more info regarding this read my story here. Sports News: 2006 FIBA World Cup will be hosted by Japan. It will start on Aug. 19, 2006. Im closely watching the USA Team. Im a big NBA fan, and the players on this years USA Team are 14 NBA stars. Some of it are C. Anthony, L. James, Hinrich, Battier, Jamison, and my favorite D-Wade. The USA Team had number of friendly match with Puerto Rico, China, and Brazil, and Lithuana. 2 days ago, Aug 7, Vanness has celebrated his 28th birthday. He attended a party in HongKong with his fans. Just hope with more years of success and a concert here in the Philippines. August has arrived! It means a week before Vanne's birthday. So sad, I don't know if I could go to manila to attend the party... Looking forward to upcoming friday, my skipping rope is arriving. I decided to have some exercise... why? My belly is running to its 2 layers and some of my shirts won't fit. Still deciding to wether have a diet or what... Local News: Philippines is currently on her typhoon magnetic mode. Typhoon Henry just waved goodbye yesterday and a new typhoon "Inday" is approaching the country. Another week of raining, the good news is, I dont have to water the plants.

World News: War between Israel and Isbolah is still on! Outside countries and parties fail to agree on the immediate cease-fire. Filipino OFW is still continuing on the evacutaion. So far 1000+ has arrived the country more than 29,000+ left. Local News: Mayon is still on alert level 3 and said to erupt anytime soon. Thats it for now.

Im currently stuck with my computer. Doing changes in my site. Last year till June my site was in bright yellow with pinch of orange. I'm doing the colors black & white now. See, its not that bad. World News: From another tsunami, war, and the Mayon volcano. CNN, Fox News, and BBC has been my evening partners. I just hope that everything will be over soon. About this destruction what I can say is, "Don't destroy those places, i'll still be traveling there oneday and I want it to be beautiful and intact. Please."
