DORELLA ANDERSON is Executive Director of the Community Settlement Association. She has worked tirelessly with local youth by addressing educational and juvenile gang issues. She has introduced local youth to the arts, crafts, modern dance and after school sports activities. She has helped feed, house and clothe needy individuals and families. She has served families on Riverside's eastside for 35 years. She is a Riverside native, educated in Riverside public schools. She is a founding member of the Riverside African American Historical Society and Park Avenue Baptist Church. She was recently recognized as a "Woman of Achievement" by the Black Voice Foundation.
