It all started with a dream. A dream to have an organization of my own. I am the master. I am the creator. I am the King. I am the Head of the Organization. The challenges were definitely huge. First and foremost, was to convince my wife of my dream. Sure, she was the first one to say that I was crazy to come out with such an idea. Her ideal number of children was the maximum of four! Wow! Wasn't that tough?
I was definitely not in the mood to give up on my dream. I shouldered on. The first four babies was, with God Grace!, extraordinary, to say the least. She had them all the normal deliveries. We had good money from my insurance business to pay for all the hospital bills. In Singapore, this peculiar country called Singapore; at that time (1994 and below), the government was not in favour of those people with low education to have many children. The government imposed a fine to couple who bore more than these low education people could afford if they decided to have more than two children. If they litage, they would be given some incentives. And so I would be fined if my wife would had given birth to my third and fourth children to any government hospitals (there was three at that time - KK, SGH, NUH). And I decided then to go to a private hospital named Youngberg Adventist Hospital.
