Welcome to my Luego Seven build.

I've always loved the Lotus Seven so I'm finally building my own version. I choice the Luego Locost seven partial kit because of the quality of components. I choice the Locost version since I perfer the looks of the lower nose and the simplicity of a live rear axle. I ended up buying the demo pile of parts from Haler Concepts to save on shipping therefor I ended up with orange as the colour. Believe it or not this will be my third orange vehicle.

In mid 80s in Canada Hyundai sold the Stellar and the Pony which provide quite a few UK equivalent parts. From the Pony we get the Ford Escort MkII rear axle. From the '84-'86 Stellar we get the the Ford Cortina MkIII front spindles. I've used these parts to keep the build as simple as possible. For the engine I'm using a Toyota 4AGE with dual Weber carburetors.
