Presently, in the EUROCITY neighborhood, we are working on single-family houses and one residential block-building.The approval of the project for complex#6 is on its way. The complex will consist of 3 block-buildings, garages and stores. The construction will begin in February 2005.

Architectural concept

The architectural design is fulfilled by Milen Stefanov,bearer of a lot prizes and of several recognitions for architectural design.
The three buildings of the property - blocks 1, 2 and 3 - are situated to ensure panorama view of most of the apartments. They face the town and have exposure to the South-East and South-West.
Total number of the apartments is 86.
Underground garages will be built under the blocks and the access will be secured.
