Tantra is always studied for the benefit of the whole
The most pervasive concept in Tantra Yoga is that we don't study it just for ourselves. We devote ourselves to the benefit of the whole, which we are. Tantra helps people feel the connections between all things. It helps us go into the central core of our being and from there, bring miraculous healing to the world. Tantra has the power to help people be more conscious about how they treat the earth, and it tunes us into the consciousness frequency which allows up to help sustain the earth, to have the enthusiasm and creativity to find ways to help it, and the ability to feel it as we are flowing light through it because we are it. And it feels good.
The world pulsates between the non manifest and the manifest. We can be lucid of that pulse. We can commune with both ends, be both at the same time, be the conduit, feel the joy and the intensity of the pulsing, as one.
As we become more aware of the light pulsing out of the darkness, our vision changes and we physically see it more readily. We begin to physically see the energetic interactions between what seem to be separate things. We see our lives from the viewpoint of our larger selves, and what they have in mind for our more focused, incarnated selves. We see how the world is interacting with us, and also, we see beyond ourselves, into the immensity. We see what is out there with an agenda to hold us back. We see what we can do to not be held back. We see the other realms, beyond the hold of the earth. We see at a distance. We see our dreams for what they are. We see the dream of our life for what it is. We love it. and we lucid dream ourselves awake.

The pulsing makes a sound. The Nada.
We can hear the sound of the pulsation, if we listen with our inner ears. We can listen to the sound of the pulsation of concepts, if our bodies, of whatever we want. We can make the pulsation of our auras louder, faster, higher. Using the breath, and locks, or bhandas, We can intensify our frequency to of the being we identify with. It can become so loud, it wakes us up, and we smile.
We can feel the pulsation, which is not just dualism, but the oneness. It feels fantastic.
Feeling the pulsation of the world, We feel it making love with itself. According to Tantrism, the non manifest is Shiva, the God, Absolute Consciousness, darkness, stillness, pure emptiness. But he wants to experience love, a beloved. so out of that creative urge pulses Shakti, the manifest, The Goddess, active, the world, our bodies. They are pretending to be two in order to love each other, behold the beauty of each other, have adventures through time in Shakti, which feels timeless to Shiva.
We are a microcosm. Shiva resides at the head, and Shakti at the base of the spine.
While I generally avoid overuse of Tantric names of entities, these two are too basic to ignore. Shiva is said to reside at the crown chakra, where we experience union with all, An expansion and opening of the thousand petalled lotus blossom. Each chakra is portrayed as having a certain number of number of petals in its lotus, its symbol. But no other chakra in our bodies comes close to the thousand in the crown chakras. Tantic meditation makes it is easy to experience at will.
You build a bridge between Shiva and Shakti, the part of you that is focused in the physical. The goddess, Shakti, looks at Shiva across the expanse of your body, through the tube inside the spine, the Shushumna.
The Sushumna is the conduit through which the Kundalini rises in some people. It is an incredibly transformative experience. The physical exercises may bring it about if the person is ready in this lifetime. Tantra and Taoism work through many lifetimes, in their quest for raising the Kundalini. Living many lifetimes of spiritual dedication is said to be the norm for raising the Kundalini.
It is the Shakti goddess arising from the base of the spine to meet her mate, Shiva, at the crown of the head. It is bliss
This is the Kundalini.
Surrounding the Sushumna, the central channel in the spine, are the Ida and PIngala channels.
They coil around the spine from the base, crossing at the chakras, their end point being the nostrils. Many twists and alternate nostril breathing exercises for example are done in order to balance the Ida, the left, female, meditative channel, and the PIngala, the male, active, rational channel. Tantra Yoga is very symetrical and being aware of both sides of our being is important. Balancing the hemispheres of the brain allows much better interaction in the world. If one side is too developed, the Kundalini can become harmful as it can jog into the side channel instead of staying in the center. Kundalini must be raised with care.
The chakras are vortices along the body, in which the outer levels of the aura whirl down into denser frequencies and create the body. They are portrayed in Tantra as lotuses along the central line of the body. They can be opened, developed, balanced, cleared and cleaned, aligned, and pierced through Tantric exercises. This improves the life immensely.

The aura has many levels.
Only an inch or so outside the body is the etheric aura, a blueprint for our bodies. Next outside that is the astral, emotional aura, and outside that, the mental. Many levels extend beyond that, and that is when it gets good. Our sessions help you experience your chakras and aura, movement of energy through your body up to your crown chakra, yourself as energy, and as controller of energy.
Tantra allows you to move at will, whenever you want to, into identification of yourself at the largest level, and highest chakra.
Tantra creates a pathway of awareness, allowing you to move instantly into a meditative, blissful, expanded state of consciousness. You don't have to feel trapped within your small, incarnated, localized, personalized self. You are much larger than that, and a good part of your time should be identifying with your larger self.
Often, survival needs, emotional turmoil, lust, ego, and materialism keep people too focused at the lower chakra levels. As we move up into the heart, we can experience agape, love for all. We can develop our creativity through the throat chakra. Improve our insights, visions, lucidity through our third eye chakra. And commune with the divine at the crown, losing all boundaries, simply being.
Prana is the airy life force permeating all things. We can intensify it, especially through the breath.
Our life force can become depleted by living in an industrial society, breathing devitalized air, eating food without enzymes and filled with chemicals, frittering our energies away with work, negative habits, and ejaculations. We can draw prana into our bodies, permeating them, through the exercises, avoiding ejaculation, and a healthy lifestyle. Some people who have devitalized prana become vampiric even without realizing it. They don't know how to draw from the source, or have become too weakened to do so. We can build up our shields and awareness, nourshing ourselves by avoiding those people if possible.
The practice of having orgasms without ejaculation is a core part of Tantra and Taoism. Ejaculation causes a huge loss of energy, that can instead be used. This can be taught.
There are physical methods for this, but more important is becoming energy itself and being able to control from that standpoint. I have known people who were able to Tantrically avoid orgasms for years at a time without ejaculation. This is very real. It allows the energies generated to be used for spiritual purposes, even for magic. The health improves, and so do relationships. Pleasure can be extended as long as one likes, orgasms can be repeated as often as one likes, and the woman is satisfied, and the man's charge remains. She can feel the difference in his constant interest in her, rather than sporadic interest. Men often feel inadequate because they can only be sexual when they have a supply of semen ready. Women however have no limitations. Tantra allows men to feel on par with women, and is excellent therefore for the psychology, creating a healthier world.
Dreams become more lucid, there is less need for sleep or food, visions are beautiful and revalatory, the cells rejuvinate, aging reverses.
We become better healers, psychics, meditators, creators, more sane, relaxed, and filled with wonderful new adventures in other realms. These exercises allow us to experience an endless adventure that is literally out of this world. We become more lucid. Our bodies become more lucid. People affected by our aura become more lucid. We shine.
