Love My Dutch Rabbitry

Hello all!

It has been quite a while since I have done anything bunny.
I've had quite a bit of trouble finding homes for my three does; Annie, Moe and Socks.
(Pictures will be posted)

I've also been doing a lot of thinking. I love this hobby, so much that it pains me not to be an active part of it.
The problems are that I rarely have the time or the money to contribute and my beautiful rabbits suffer the consequences for that. Ultimately that is why I decided to take my break.

As it stands, I am pregnant, due in September of 2009.
So this is my thinking:
After the baby is about a year or two old I'd like to go back to school and get a degree in business and baking (pastry chef).
Ultimately I would like to be a stay at home mom. But with how expensive things are lately to do that means working from home so that I might better our financial situation.
This would also increase the amount of time I am home, thus increasing the amount of time I am able to look after my rabbits.

I plan to start small. There are no guarantees that I will be able to start breeding and showing again, but I plan to try and work towards that goal. So that in a couple years time (or possibly sooner) I will be fully prepared to start buying my stock.

Thank-you so much for your continued support,

Alycia Swan
