Dark forces threaten the peace and stability of Paragon City, and the Lovecraft Foundation is commited to investigating and opposing these forces of the Unknown.

It is the Foundation's mission to use our various disciplines to understand these forces and create defenses to protect humanity from them.  Our goals and priorities are to stop the growth of such groups as the Circle of Thorns, the Vahzilok, and other cults.  We also endeavor to keep talismans and other items of Unknown power out of the hands of criminal organizations such as the 5th Column and the Hellions.
