Obviously my name is Louise. I am Australian but currently reside in Japan, just outside Tokyo. I have been here for about 6 years now. I have been married for just over three years to a Texan.

I created this website to document my weight loss journey with weight watchers. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, I am now 29, and felt I needed a record of my achievements in becoming thinner, more active and healthier.

This is my photo journey. If others get some encouragement out of it that's great.

My motto for this journey 'I am going to start living like a thin person and let my body catch up.'
