Introduction:
Reflexology is an extremely effective form of foot massage based on the principle that reflex points on the feet correspond to organs and structure of the body and are linked to those organs by energy channels, zones or meridians

Indian head massage is a four-thousand year old massage technique which will relieve the stresses of modern life. Massage includes the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face and lasts about half an hour. It will both relax and revitalise you, and is excellent for aching, tense muscles and headaches. Blood circulation is improved and elimination of toxins via the lymphatic system is better.
