A nice easy one, suitable for novices :)

Tools needed: Tube & font of choice. I used Snappy Script Light
DsB Flux Bright noise

Open a 550 x 550 workspace, floodfill white

Save my mask to your Mask folder

New raster Layer, with your magic wand click & paste my beach background into selection.

Deselect, apply my Smox mask. Layers> Delete>Merge group

Paste the Wheel, then the ship, resizing as necessary & position

Paste the Palm tree, resize as necessary, position & repeat

Paste your tube, & carefully erase so she is inside the wheel

Add your artist copyright & text

To do the name on the sand, choose a suitable font
I used Pea Brooke from http://www.kevinandamanda.com/whatsnew/category/new-fonts/

Check the box to create as selection, type the text, & apply. Do not deselect

Add a drop shadow V-1 H 1 Opacity 50 Blur 5 colour dark grey

Deselect

Highlight your mask layer & with your freehand selection tool, draw round the sea section in the middle

Apply DSB Flux Bright noise Intensity 15

Copy merged & take to AS, repeat twice more altering the Intensity

Crop & resize & save & you're done :)
