We are a Bay Area Dance Organization that provides instruction in Reggae Dancehall for teens & adults in Oakland, Ca.
Our mission: -to serve as a platform of creative expression for all bay area artists
-provide cultural dance classes for all ages in alameda county
-keep the arts alive and encourage communities to embrace diversity through Dance & Music
-promote healthy lifestyles by using dance as a form of exersise
We also have a Performance Company called “Bodirock C.U.L.T.U.R.E that performs at varios functions & events through out the bay area. Bodirock Culture is an ecclectic group of dancers from various cities in the U.S & Canada. Our roots are in old school hip-hop (poppin', lockin'/breakin') but we encorperate other styles into our choreography.( Reggae,Dancehall, Soca, Calypso, Polynesian, Afro-Brazilian)
