The Plot!
The main points:

- Location; Los Angeles
- what Happened; In short, there was a massive earthquake in '91. People fled the warzone on a massive scale, although there are a few crazies who still live in Los Angeles. Gangs of street dogs formed four gangs: the north, the south, the east, and the west for the four directions of the city.
