Troubleshooting Guide

If you are using a version of Windows prior to XP, and/or you get a message similar to the following: "the dynamic link library MSVCP70.dll could not be found in the specified path"

Download the following zip file and unzip the files into the Paranoid Pete folder, OR the \windows\system folder: msvc-runtimelibs.zip
