This large (104sq/m) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd Floor apartment in the Los Mijares development is close to Miraflores Golf course and Mijas Costa Area. The property would ideally suit a family with children, couples and golfers.
This attractive development has secure underground parking, swimming pool and gardens. It is close to all the amenities that you need for you holiday. The Beach is only 5 mins walk away. This is a excelent location to start and explore Andalucia, being in the Middle of both Fuengirola and Marbella. Miraflores is a beautiful Urbanisation with a lot to offer.

The Kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The lounge is furnished with two luxury sofas, Sky TV, DVD, and CD system. Dining room and kitchen dining. The Master Bedroom is en-suite with sliding doors to the terrace. Both bedrooms have twin beds that can be made into doubles; Large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The En-suite bathroom has both a Bath and Shower. The 2nd bathroom has a walk-in shower. Floors are marble throughout.
OUTSIDE
The apartment is situated at the quieter end of the garden. The pool and gardens are easily accessible. It boasts a large terrace area offering both sun and shade, and comes complete with patio furniture including table chairs and outside sofa for your relaxation. The Apartment is disabled Friendly.
Towels (Not beach towels) and Linen supplied. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted
We bought the apartment for our own use as well and therefore we hope you find the accommodation, furnishings and fittings of a high standard. The kitchen is well fitted with built in electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The living room is furnished with a two seated sofa, a three seated sofa, large dining table and six chairs, a hi-fi system and a television with full Sky satellite connection.
We have tried to think of everything to give you a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, cleaning, linen and towels, hairdryer and even games, books and DVD's are included.
