Jesus True Plan of Salvation

There are more than one plan of Salvation according to man, but not according to Jesus.

When Jesus spoke on Salvation he made it "very" clear, and it did not include the so-called "sinners prayer"

The sinners prayer is man made doctrine that completely leaves out Baptism, Jesus spoke very plainly on Salvation when he said: He that Believeth and is Baptized shall be Saved (Mark 16:16)

And when he said in (John 3:5) Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man

be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Also, there is no sinners prayer in the entire Bible, no where in the Bible does it say to ask Jesus to come into your heart and be your personal Saviour. Truth is that Jesus told us to:

"Come unto me" all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matt 11:28-30) You see we cannot command Jesus to come unto us! he said for us to come unto him.

So... is Jesus the best authority on Salvation? Answer = YES

Jesus is the best authority on Salvation because he is the one who died for our sins. Jesus plan of Salvation is very simple, look these up in your Bible and see what he tells you on how you too can become Saved.

Hear the Gospel (John 6:45)

Believe the Gospel (John 20:30-31)

Repent (To turn away from sin) (Luke 13:3&5)

Confess Christ (Matthew 10:32-33)

Be Baptized (Mark 16:16 & I Peter 3:21)

Baptism = For forgiveness of Sins your stripes washed clean &

To Put on Christ

So that you can become a NEW Creature in Christ.

Aren't all Churches Christ Church?

There are Bibles in your Church, but is your Church in the Bible?

Did Jesus build all the Churches we have today?

Answer = NO

How many Churches did he build? = Only One (Eph 4:5) (Matt 16:18)

Christ Church has a name, its called the Church of Christ (Romans 16:16)

From this you can see "Who" started each Church.

606AD Roman Catholic Church Founder = Boniface III

610AD Islam (Muslims) Founder = Muhammad ibn Abdullah

1520AD Lutheran Church Founder = Martin Luther

1534AD Church of England Church Founder = Henry VIII

1536AD Presbyterian Church Founder = John Calvin

1550AD Congregational Church Founder = Robert Brown

1607AD Baptist Church Founder = John Smythe

1671AD Church of God (Missouri) Founder = Stephen Munford

1739AD Methodist Church Founder = John Wesley

1816AD A.M.E Church Founder = Richard Allen

1830AD Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons)

Church Founder = Joseph Smith

1830 AD 7Th Day Adventist = William Millen

1866AD Christian Scientist Church Founder = Mary Baker Eddy

1872AD Jehovah Witness Church Founder = Charles T Russell

1880AD Church of God (Indiana) Founder = D.S. Warner

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ built his Church in 33A.D.

Jesus Church is still in existence today.

Jesus Church proudly wears his name and is called the

"Church of Christ"

Gods word tells us in (Eph 4:5) that there is only:

One Lord One Faith and One Baptism.

If you browse through your local phone book under "Churches" you will find many Faiths.

However The Bible tells us that there is only "One Faith"

Jesus himself said that he would build (A) Church, he did not say "Churches"

Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 Upon this rock I will build my Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Jesus said "My" Church, the word "My" denotes only "One" of something, in Jesus sentence.

The Bible also teaches us that there is only One body, the body is the Church. Colossians 1:18:And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

The Bible continually refers to the word ONE when it talks about the Church the ONE body.

I Cor 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

I COR 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

I Cor 12:20 But now are they many members, yet but one body.

Col 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

One body = One Church

The Bible tells us who the Church is by: Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the Church (By Christ Jesus) throughout all ages, world without end Amen.

The Bible tells us the name of the Church Rom 16:16

"Church of Christ"

The Bible tells us how Jesus cares for his Church:

Eph 5:29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church:

The Bible tells us this is a great mystery, Eph 5:32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

All man made Churches teach False Doctrines

If you read the Church Manuals of these different religions

you would soon realize that they do not follow Jesus teachings at all.

The Apostle Paul said: Let there be no divisions among you (I Cor 1:10)

Denominations = Division

The Church of Christ is not a Denomination.

In order to obtain these Church manuals of these different religions, you will have to go to a religious store or perhaps you can find some online if your willing to do the research Also, If you click on the Interactive Bible Logo I have on my site they have a correct indepth view of what each religion teaches for doctrine.

However all of them say the same thing, That: Baptism is not essential for Salvation

Even though Jesus said: He that believeth and is Baptized shall be Saved. (Mark 16:16)

The Church of Christ has a manual too, our manual is the Holy Bible.

This is the only manual that we go by.

The Church of Christ are the only ones that follow Christ teachings, they are the only ones that don't change with the times, other Churches are always changing things, they change their doctrine faster then you can change your socks, but the Church of Christ stays the same, they don't add or take away from whats in the Bible, they speak where the Bible speaks and remain silent where the Bible is silent.

One thing I think that I need to make clear here is that not all Churches of Christ follow Christs teachings, there are alot of so-called Churches of Christ that are not (the real deal)

Here are some Churches of Christ that do not practice what the Bible teaches such as:

(Acts 20:29)

For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

The Church of Christ of latter day saints

The Boston Movement Church of Christ

The United Church of Christ

These are just to name a few.

You see, from the beginning of time God has always told man who is to be worshipped

((Matt 4:10) (Exodus 34:14)

God has also always told man how to worship him (Heb 11:4) (Rom 10:17)

God has also told mankind what to bring into worship and what not to bring (Lev 10:1-2) (Ex 20:3-5)

However Churches of today have many types of worship, with all kinds of different things thrown in, such as:

Mechanical Instruments

Candles

Incense

Tithing

Faith Healing

Idols = Statues of Mary, Angels, Jesus hanging on the cross Etc...

Choirs

Mourners Bench

Speaking in Tongues

Feet Washing

Women Preachers

Reverends

Fathers

Rabbis

Masters

Any Church that has any of these are following false doctrine.

You see there are 4 kinds of Worship mentioned in the Bible

Vain Worship

Ignorant Worship

Will Worship

True Worship

(1.) Vain Worship is false Worship, its all for nought.

Vain Worship (Matt 15:9)

Vain Worship is setting aside Jesus doctrine to teach and practice the commandments of men.

Vain Worship and mens traditions make the commandments of God to be of non effect. (Matt 15:3 & 6)

Vain Worshipers are those that insist on going to the Church of "their" choice.

(2.) Ignorant Worship (Acts 17:23)

Ignorant Worship is to not have Gods truth, to not know Gods truth,

to not submit to Gods righteousness. (Rom 10:2-3)

To have a desire to Worship and to serve God by one's own righteousness

and standard is the very same as ignorant Worship.

3.) Will Worship (Col 2:20-23)

Will Worship is self chosen after ones own will.

Will Worshipers also insist on going to the Church of their own choice,

rather than attending the Church that Jesus built.

All through the Bible God has never given man choices, God has always told man only two things,

(1.) What to do and (2.) Where to go.

If you read the story of Naaman, he was told to dip 7 times in the river Jordan

And only the river Jordan! and Exactly 7 times! 6 times wouldn't have cured his leprosy.

And there are many many other examples in the

Bible where Gods dealings with man have always been the same = Where to go /What to do = No Choices

(Mal 3:6)

For I am the LORD, I do not change;

God has not changed today, he still has only ONE way for us to go to Worship him and he still has only ONE plan of Salvation for mankind, its man that wants choices, But God does not operate the way man does.

4.) True Worship (John 4:24)

God is a Spirit and they that Worship him must

Worship him in Spirit and in Truth. Which consists of:

On the first day of the week (Every Sunday)

Preaching = (Acts 20:7)

Praying = (I Cor 14:15)

Singing = (Eph 5:19)

Giving = (I Cor 9:7)

Lords Supper = (Acts 2:42) (Luke 22:16-20)

You see Incense Burning, Mechanical Instruments, Candles, Choirs, are not approved by God in the New Testament as True Worship, We are (ALL) to sing praises to God as part of Worship = (Eph 5:19) (Col 3:16) We are not to depend on a Church Choir to do our singing for us in Worship.

Mourners Bench = To call upon Jesus is to obey him = (Luke 6:46) (Matt 7:21) (Rom 10:13-16)

Feet Washing = Was always done at home & was never a Church ordinance

(I Tim 5:10) (Gen 18:1-4)

(Gen 19:1-2)

Idols = (Exodus 20:3-5) (I John 5:21)

Speaking in Tongues = (Acts 2:1-8) (I Cor 13:8-10) The Apostles became Multi - Lingual so that they could spread the Gospel to anyone without any language barriers, Also: Paul told us that when that which is perfect is come (meaning the completion of the Bible) then all spiritual gifts would vanish.

Faith Healing = (James 5:13-16) (I Cor 12:28-31 I Cor 13:1-10) (I Cor 13:8-10)

Only God can heal, no man has this power anymore.

Tithing Giving only 10% = (I Cor 16:2) (II Cor 9:7)

Women Preachers = (I Cor 14:34-35) (I Tim 2:11-14) (II Tim 2:2)

Rabbis = (Matt 23:7-8)

Fathers = (Matt 23:9)

Masters = (Matt 23:10)

Reverends = (Psa 111:9) Reverend is Gods name.

Gods name is not to be used in vain (Exodus 20:7)
