I truly think they represent the funniest, sweetest, healthiest, and in one word, best couple I ever had the pleasure to see on a Tv Show lately. Nevertheless the greatest demonstration that best friends make the best lovers. Their chemistry together is fantastic. Absolutely undeniable. You just feel the love and the attraction there, from when they were best friends with a crush on each other to when they fell in love. They just have IT. Their love has grown slowly stronger throughout the years becoming something really special and rare. Something that I know will last for the rest of their lives. There's no doubt in my mind that these two are meant to be and that's because they belong together. Always did and always will.

Premise:This is my first ( and probably last) Dawson/Joey & Luke/Lorelai video.
I've been having this idea on my mind for a while now and I'm really happy I've finally been able to realize it. Dawson/Joey and Luke/Lorelai are two different couples but they do have some aspects in common. In both cases the characters are/were best friends who fell in love after a while and finally got together after pining for one another. Both the couples have also been described as 'meant to be' and 'soul mates' by the writers. So... basically, what I wanted to explore was my personal anger 'caused by hearing the writers telling me one thing and then doing another. They told/tell us to invest just to mess everything up in the end. D/J didn't get their long awaited happy ending. Will Luke and Lorelai get it?

It took me weeks because I was waiting for the perfect song and ‘cause I needed some clips I didn’t have (between: a Big thank you to Kris for helping me out with them! You rule girl!),but here it is at last. On the Italian forum where I moderate the Gilmore Girls’ board, we (JJs) compiled a list of the best 20 Luke/Lorelai moments until now. Keep in mind that, here in Italy, we've only watched the episodes until the end of season 5 and only a few of us are watching season 6. That's why there are very few season 6 moments in it. Premise: I heard this song for the first time on the Dawson's Creek's episode 'The perfect wedding' (what a memorable episode by the way) and I've loved it ever since. I've always thought that it fitted Luke and Lorelai perfectly and I felt like it was the right time to give it a try.
The video is told from Lorelai's Pov. She's been looking for the one for all her life. She's had passing passions (Max) or nostalgic returns to her old flames (Chris), but she's never had a real mature relationship before Luke. What I really like about them is that, even if they're not very saccharine and don't say 'I love you' to each other every second,they show their mutual love through their actions every day. They've grown up together and can't live without one another. While in the past Lorelai has been frequently speaking big words without actually meaning them or going anywhere with her relationships, now she’s in a place where there’s no going back. Luke’s her best friend, her companion, her lover. He’s worth the fight because she’s found True Love with him. She’s finally found her home, the place where she belonged all along.
