Dawson's Creek

Even if Dawson and Joey are my main ship on the show, I totally love Pacey and Andie and Jack and Jen as well.

I do consider them the real soul mates of Dawsons’s Creek. I also have a soft spot for Dawson and Jen. They’ve always had a great friendship and a good chemistry together. Even if I didn’t like them in season 1, I learned to appreciate them in season 5. I’ve never gotten into Pacey and Joey though. Don’t get me wrong, Katie and Josh have a great chemistry together, but I’ve never thought that the characters were written to be together. Despite the great build up the writers had created for them in season 3, the romance was handled very badly IMO.

So much was missing. Joey was never able to get completely over Dawson and Pacey was just the shadow of the strong light-hearted guy we used to know around her. Don’t get me started with season 5 and 6 ,because if I think about them, I can’t really see why these two ended up together at last. I loved their banter and friendship anyway,and I could even appreciate them at times in season 3.

Premise: It's been a while since I first thought of making a video about Joey and now I've finally made it.

It's pretty angsty, almost anti I would say..

I once upon a time used to love this character, but the more the show was going on, the more I came to dislike her. She was definitely too complicated for my taste and so incredibly confused,at times even selfish,that I couldn't stand her neurosis anymore at last.

What bothered me the most was the way she treated both Dawson and Pacey. Messing with their heads until the very end.

So, that's basically what my video is about: Dawson and Pacey doing anything for her just to end up every time broken hearted.

The sepia clips are from Pacey’s Pov, while the other ones are from Joey’s Pov.
