Description |
| Sugar Babies |
18 months- 3 years |
Fun and structured gymnastics activities for parent/child interaction. Children thrive at participating in their first sport through themed lesson plans that teach movement, balance, strength, flexibility coordination and listening and following directions skills. |
| Tootsie Rolls | 3 1/2- 5 years |
Preschoolers and kindergarteners learn fun, structured and progressive gymnastics on the floor, beam vault and bars through an obstacle course of fun gymnastics activities. |
| Junior Mints | Ages 6 and up |
Designed for beginner gymnasts who want to be introduced to and learn basic gymnastics skills. This is an exciting class to learn cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, forward rolls and be introduced to beam, vault, and uneven bars. |
| Starbursts |
ages 4 and up By invitation only Advanced, pre-team |
Advanced gymnasts who, upon evaluation, and have reached level 3 are invited to enroll in this gymnastics class to work on more advanced skills and prepare for the team. |

Firecrackers TEAM |
By invitation only | Upon evaluation, students who have reached level 5 in gymnastics skills are promoted to this class and are ready for Amateur Athletics Union competitions. Travelling is involved and team meets twice a week |

Tumbling for cheerleaders and try-outs |
Middle and High School |
Designed for cheerleaders, and those who want to practice for try- outs. Focus for this class will be progressive tumbling skills that lead to tumbling series including round- off back handsprings, back tucks and front handsprings, etc. |
Gymnastics Shows and Fun Meets
Lookout Valley Gymnastics Academy participates in local GYMNASTICS SHOWS and FUN MEETS regularly.
This gives our recreational and budding gymnasts a chance to show their family and friends their gymnastics skills and perform routines on the floor, bars, vault and balance beam!

Attire

Female gymnasts must wear a gymnatics leotard or biketard

(No skirts.. even if they are attached, no tights, no socks or shoes are allowed)

Hair must be pulled back securely from face and neck

Boys may wear elastic shorts and t- shirts
