THIS WEBSITE HAS NOW MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION:http://www.purelyholistic.co.uk Class InformationEach class will be a series of practical exercises using the following techniques: ~ PMR: ~Breathing Techniques: ~ Relaxation Techniques: ~ Guided Meditation: A wide range of techniques may be used in the class. Each session is one hour long. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. If you wish, you may bring your clothing and change before the session -please arrive early to do so. Bring your friends! As numbers are limitted, please call in advance if you would like to bring your friends or your self to the next session.
