There are a few places around Sinnoh ehich when using the Vs.Seeker can result in fighting a level 60. There are 4 that i know of. They are: Outside the Poke'mon Mansion (Roselia and Chatot), Near Dr. Footprints house (Purugly) and just left of Pastoria (Floatzel, Luxio and ) A note that when equipped with the Luck insence/Amulet coin while battling outside the Poke' Mansion you will get $24,000.
