Hi! I don't know how many people will read this but I thought I'd write something just to show I haven't forgotten about the site! Hmmm... well at the moment I'm trying to lose five pounds, I'm 112 at the mo. I also started putting alot more fat in my diet in an attempt to get my period back (it's been 9 months). Plently of peanut butter, icecream, iced cappuchinos and chicken... I heard fat and protein can help. It's pretty filling and it's all I eat so I actually haven't been over eating. I'm over exercising though and so I've gained quite a bit of muscle which I dont really like :( If there's anyone out there with tips on getting periods back I would really appreciate it! BTW I came up with a new yummy snack - ice cream cones! Only 15cals each!

According to dieticians a woman should eat a minimum of 1800cals a day.
If she's on a diet she should eat a minimum 1200cals per day.
Anything less than 900 is definitely under eating.
In case there's any confusion.
